I’ve built my reputation on delivering results for my clients and by gaining a trusted partnership with them.
I really enjoy getting to know my client’s culture, because making a great placement is about matching personalities to company cultures as well as ability. My approach is a very consultative solution-based methodology. I always keep my clients up to speed with the progress on their role and will engage them in the process as much or as little as they would like.
I believe best practice recruitment is all about building meaningful connections, helping people on their career journey to better and brighter things, and helping my clients find the right people to help build and grow their businesses into something truly special.
With a background in Senior Sales, Sales Management, Media, Advertising and Marketing spanning more than 20 years, I also trained with one of the world’s leading recruitment firms ‘Drake international’, working as a Senior Account Partner and as a Senior Executive consultant prior to moving onto some bespoke recruitment firms.
I am commited to utilising best practice techniques around assessment and selection, using both behavioural and situational interviewing assessment. Working on a ‘partner’ approach – based on common sense, integrity and pragmatism – ensures that relationships are always easy-going and beneficial. Partnering also enables me to develop a deep understanding of your culture and value proposition.
